1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kiss918 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document as well as any other policies published by kiss918 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. kiss918 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes. Where material changes are made, kiss918 will endeavour to notify users through available communication channels.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of kiss918 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account details with anyone. kiss918 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

  • The minimum age to register is 18 years and above.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
  • Kiss918 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security or compliance purposes.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date should any changes occur.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Every kiss918 user is required to comply with all platform rules and applicable laws. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the platform's system operations.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of false or stolen credit/debit card information.
  • Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities through the platform.
  • Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.

Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where necessary. kiss918 reserves the right to determine whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these terms, at the platform's sole discretion.

4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)

All transactions on the kiss918 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. Available deposit methods include Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX, and other local internet banking options.

Deposits cannot be reversed once a transaction has been confirmed by the system. Any cancellation or refund requests will be assessed by the kiss918 team on a case-by-case basis. The platform does not guarantee any refunds except in cases of proven technical errors originating from the platform itself.

  • Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is permitted.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the user's name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
  • Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on the selected banking method.
  • Kiss918 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance verification purposes.

Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment service providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy

Kiss918 and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes but is not limited to: financial losses from wagering, service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures on the part of third parties such as payment providers, or events beyond the platform's control (force majeure).

Account Suspension & Closure

Kiss918 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice if:

  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour has been detected on the account.
  • The user has violated any terms in this document.
  • Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
  • A request has been received from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited by the platform. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact the support team to request a review.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss918 platform — including logos, text, interface design, software code, graphics, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kiss918 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.
